I have been working in technology since 2001, following an early career where although I changed industries I kept finding myself the ‘go to geek’ in the office.
I have built a career based on two passions - software and service. I believe that combining these has the potential to transform a business, that getting things right for the customers and the business means more than simply keeping the lights on, and that quality service is measured in more than response times and ticket counts.
I live in Kent with my wife. We have two sons and a small dog. I am studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics with the Open University.
My passions in life are reading, learning, music and podcasts. I have a reasonable book collection (see above), a collection of vinyl records, a few guitars and a drum kit - none of which I play in public!
