I have been working in technology since 2001, following an early career where although I changed industries I kept finding myself the ‘go to geek’ in the office.
I have built a career based on two passions - software and service. I believe that combining these has the potential to transform a business, that getting things right for the customers and the business means more than simply keeping the lights on, and that quality service is measured in more than response times and ticket counts.
Through my own business, I provide consulting on productivity, process management and business automation. To find out more, visit worksmarter.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the British Computing Society, and have extensive experience working with large scale corporate governance.
I am now seeking opportunities to bring this knowledge and experience to a Non-Executive Director role working with startup or growing businesses with a technology focus.
